Kim’s education, along with an extensive banking career, provides her with a critical eye in valuation analysis and the cost associated with buying and selling a home. She has an excellent instinct for market value with precise analytical review in pricing homes to sell. She provides market and economic insight with an extraordinary level of professionalism and a heightened level of confidentiality regarding all client matters. Kim has lived in the Chicago Metropolitan area for over 30 years, so her market knowledge and detailed understanding of the north shore is unsurpassed. She has great interest in historic architecture and actively engages in property research for these world-class estates, providing extraordinary marketing and presentation of the property. She works with clients, in staging their home with current design trends, colors choices and has a lengthy list of contractors for clients to interview, when considering small improvements, to maximize the sales price. Kim has assisted many C-Suite clients, by selling their homes or introducing them to the north shore area. In her prior career, she was an Executive Vice President, for a $2 Billion-dollar, multi-state banking group, overseeing areas of management, lending, compliance, trust, sales, and marketing.
